Fittamamma.com accepts returns up to 45 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned in perfect condition with the swing ticket still attached. Any returns worn or damaged will be sent back and no refund will be made. If you decide to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, fill out the form in your parcel and let them know what items you would like to exchange. If the replacement is less expensive, the difference will be refunded and if it's an upgrade, you can pay the extra. Postage and packaging is free when they send out your exchange items. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed weekly and may take up to 14 days to show up on your account. If your original order qualified for free P&P, your refund will be automatically adjusted if you are returning part of your order and the revised order value no longer reaches the qualifying amount. The return address is: FittaMamma, PO Box 351, PAR, PL25 9JD. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches them so make sure you retain proof of postage.
